Position Description
XPRIZE offers a meaningful part-time summer internship program spanning from June 9, 2025 - August 15, 2025 to undergraduate or graduate students looking to gain work experience in an exciting non-profit organization. Interns will participate in virtual social activities with their cohort, be provided with learning and professional development opportunities, and present a final research project to their department.
Responsibilities
- Work cross functionally with Global Visioneering and Domain staff and participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings
- Assist during/after official Brain Trust meetings via taking and synthesizing notes and comments
- Coordinate and schedule small group meetings amongst Brain Trust members and Domain staff
- Gathering data, analyze current industry trends, and provide additional research to assist the Brain Trust with Global Visioneering deliverables
- Create and present on a final research project to the Global Visioneering team
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Google Drive (including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides)
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook (including email functions, meeting scheduling, and Zoom plug-in)
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) preferred
- Passion for solving global issues
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
- Availability to work from 9:00am-1:00pm PT Monday-Friday for the duration of the 10-week program

The anticipated compensation for this position is $18/hour to $22/hour. The actual compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors including the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience for the role, level of education attained, and certifications and/or other licenses held. XPRIZE is a remote-first environment.
